Can I Have The Software Shipped To Me?

Sorry, no. All software is download-only. Unlike other sites who charge you to re-download your purchase, you can obtain a copy again whenever you like. We’ve been selling software online for 20+ years so consider us your long-term backup!

Are Your Software Downloads Hiding Any Viruses, Malware, Adware, Spyware, etc?

We hate that crap! We thoroughly scan all download files from vendors for those kinds of intruders and will not sell products that contain anything like that. Unlike other sites, The Virtual Software Store will not force you to install any special browser toolbars or download “helpers” to download your purchase. All downloads are clean, browser-native file downloads.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

The Virtual Software Store accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. Let us know if there are other payment methods that you would like to use and we’ll look into adding them (e.g. Bitcoin, Apply Pay, Android Pay, etc).

Is Buying Online Safe?

Definitely! Firstly, we do not store your credit card details in our database. Secondly, we use the Stripe payment processor, the same as what Kickstarter, Lyft, Facebook, Adidas, etc uses. Of course, all transmissions are encrypted to protect against any snoopers.

No! However, if you’ll ever want to re-download your purchase, you’ll need your OrderID and original email to access the download.

How Do I Track My Order?
